| 摘 要： | 目的观察α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者周围神经病变的疗效。方法T2DM患者50例随机分为：治疗组26例，对照组24例。治疗组给予α-硫辛酸注射液24ml静滴，对照组给予葛根素0．4g静滴，疗程3周。结果治疗组临床疗效、神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论抗氧化剂α-硫辛酸能明显改善T2DM患者周围神经病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of alpha lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods 50 DPN patients were randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group with alpha lipoieacid （n=26） and the control group with Puerarin （n= 24）. Each treatment lasted for three weeks. Results Treatment group versus control group improved motor nerve conduction velocity in median nerve（49. 2±4. 0） vs （44.6±2.1）m/s,P〈0. 05]and in N. peroneal（49.6±3.3） vs （44.0±2. 1）m/s,P〈0.05]and sensory nerve conduction velocity in N. median（42.5±2.1） vs （38.3±1.1）m/s, P〈0.05land in N, peroneal （41.8 ±2.5） vs （38. 2 ±2.9） m/s, P〈0.05], and also relieved clinical symptoms（total effective rate, 96% vs 42%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effects of alpha lipoicacid on DPN are good. |
