支气管哮喘患儿家庭护理现状调查

目的了解支气管哮喘患儿家庭护理现状。方法采用参照李淑霞报道的有关资料自行设计的问卷调查表对100例支气管哮喘患儿家长的健康知识、家庭护理实施现状进行调查。结果84%以上的患儿家长了解患儿疾病的诊断、疾病的常见临床症状、良好生活习惯可减少发病、日常生活护理措施、患儿发病时的先兆症状;60%的患儿家长掌握长期给药的重要性,74%的家长知道尽量避免患儿与过敏源接触。26%掌握正确使用峰流速仪器检测肺功能;60%掌握患儿哮喘发作时采取的体位;74%以上掌握其他6项家庭护理知识。结论支气管哮喘患儿家长掌握家庭护理有关知识和方法还存在一定差距,医护人员应重视支气管哮喘患儿家长的健康教育,帮助患儿家长掌握护理要点,提高护理水平,预防和减少哮喘的反复发作,对提高患儿的生存质量具有重要的作用。

Investigation on Status Quo of Family Nursing of Child Bronchus Asthma

Objective To understand status quo of family nursing of child bronchus asthma.Methods Health knowledge of parents of 100 bronchus asthma children and implementation of family nursing were investigated by self-designed questionnaire according to the data reported by LI Shuxia.Results More than 84% parents of child patients knew the diagnosis of disease,common symptoms of illness,life habits which can reduce the occurrence of illness,nursing measure of daily life and symptoms of disease;60% of them knew the importance of taking medicine for a long period;74% of them knew child patients should avoid allergic sources;26% of them knew how to check pulmonary function correctly;60% of them knew body positions of child patients when asthma broke out;and more than 74% of them knew other 6 family nursing knowledge.Conclusion Knowledge and methods of family nursing of pa-rents of child patients are not enough.Medical staffs should put emphasis on health education of parents of child patients,help them to grasp key points of nursing,improve nursing level and prevent and reduce the repeated occurrence of asthma.All these are keys to improve quality of life of child patients.
