空调对医院检验科空气细菌的影响

摘    要:目的通过对空调环境下医院检验科工作时空气细菌数量和种类的动态监测,研究空调对医院检验科空气细菌的影响,探讨医院检验科空调的适宜使用方式及减少负面影响的对策。方法对医院检验科使用空调的实验室进行空调使用前和使用后1、2、3和4h空气细菌培养、计数和鉴定。对同时装有空调和空气净化机的实验室进行空调环境下空气净化机使用前和使用后1h空气细菌培养和计数。结果使用空调后1、2、3、4h空气细菌数量均比使用空调前显著增多(均P〈0.01);空调环境下空气净化机使用1h后空气细菌数量较使用前显著减少(P〈0.01);使用空调后凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、真菌的检出率升高,微球菌属、芽胞杆菌属和棒状杆菌属的检出率下降。结论使用空调可使检验科空气细菌数量增多,对工作环境有一定负面影响,应注意空调的清洁,增加通风及使用空气洁净机以减少使用空调的负面影响。

The influence of air condition on air bacterium in the hospital department of laboratory medicine

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of air condition on air bacterium and explore the practical methods and strategies of air condition in the hospital department of laboratory medicine by dynamic monitoring the quantity and variety of air bacterium in working time with air condition. Methods Collected air samples of the hospital department of laboratory, medicine before and one hour, two-hour, three-hour, four-hour after using air condition in the rooms with air condition, cultured, calculated and distinguished the bacterium from them. Collected air samples before and one hour after using air cleaning machine in the rooms with air condition and air cleaning machine, cultured and calculated the bacterium from them. Results The quantity of air bacterium in the samples one hour, two-huor, three-hour, four-hour after using air condition were significance more than those before using air condition ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . The quantity of air bacterium of air conditioning room in the samples one hour after using air cleaning machine were significance less than those before using air cleaning machine (P 〈0. 01 ) . After using air condition, the isolated rates of coagulase-negative staphylococci, fungus were increased, microeoccus, bacillus, corynebacterium were decreased. Conclusion Using air condition increase the quantity of air bacterium and present negative influence to work environment of the department of laboratory medicine. To reduce the negative influence, attention must given to keep air condition cleaning, improve the inflow of fresh air and use air and use air cleaning machine.
