| 摘 要： | 根据中药"多成分,多层次,多靶点,整体协同作用"的特性,结合现代分析技术的应用,依据中药整体性研究思路,体现中药的"整体性"和"模糊性";同时将中药化学物质基础与药效、安全性研究相结合,探索中药质量控制的创新模式,从而反应其"内在"、"综合"的质量,提出中药质量控制"有效组分—有效成分—药效作用—毒性研究"的多元化创新体系,实现中药质量的安全、有效、稳定、可控。
