肝细胞糖原拮抗肝脏缺血-再灌注损伤的初步研究

摘    要:目的 为了探讨增加细胞内糖原呈能否改善肝脏缺再灌注损伤程度。方法 观察了3组糖原含量显著不同的兔肝脏在缺血再灌过程中的组织形态学、肝脏酶学及微循环血流量变化情况。结果 糖原含量越高的肝脏,其组织结构及功能损伤越轻,且微循环血流量值越高,结论缺血前增加肝脏糖原含量可显著地拮抗肝脏缺血再不灌注损伤。据此,临床上在阻断肝血流施行复杂的肝脏手术之前,若能增另肝细胞糖原含量则有望减轻肝脏缺血再灌注损伤程度,

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of intracellular glycogen on liver ischemia-reperfusion.Methods Histomorphological and enzymological changes and microcirculation blood folw were observed during the ischemia-reperfusion period of three groups of rabbit livers with different glycogen content.Results The slighter injury of histic structure, function and the more vigorous microcirculation blood flow appeared in the liver with the more abundant glycogen.Conclusions Intracellular abundant glycogen may reduce liver ischemia-reperfusion injury.
