舒冠通糖浆对家兔血液流变学指标的影响

舒冠通糖浆具有活血化淤、行气止痛的功能,主治冠心病、心绞痛、胸闷、憋气等症。本文采用血液流变学实验,结果表明,家兔给药(灌胃)后2小时与给药前相比,除红细胞压积无显著性差别(P>0.05)外,全血比粘度、全血还原比粘度、红细胞电泳时间(生理盐水与自身血浆中)均有显著差异(P<0.05),血浆比粘度差别非常显著(P<0.01)。本文说明舒冠通糖浆有改善血液流变性的作用。

Influence of Syrup Shuguantong to Hemorheological Indices in Rabbits

Syrup Shuguantong possesses the functions of invigorating blood circulation, elimi nating blood stasis reestablishing vital energy and relieving pain.It chiefly kills the pain of coronary heart diseases,angina pectoris,chest stuffiness and suffocation feeling. An experiment with the method of hemorheology has been done.To compare the mean values between two hours after and before the administration of drugs to the rabbits revealed that; the relative viscosity and relative, reduction viscosity of whole blood, and the red cell electrophoresis time (in physiological saline solution and self plasma) showed significant differences,the relative viscosity of blood plasma manifested particularly significant difference.only the erythrocyte packed volume without significant difference. All these results indicate that this drug possesses the function of improving the characteristics of hemorheology.
