阴茎海绵体内血管活性剂注射治疗阳萎1354例报告

自1986年4至1989年12月,1354例阳萎病人采用阴茎海绵体内注射摄入罂粟碱和酚妥拉明。1219例(90.03％)治疗有效,注射后阴茎迅速与暂时地勃起,阴茎长度增加5.12～5.24厘米,周径增加2.28～2.63厘米,阴茎变硬,并有平均73～74.5°的勃起角度,平均勃起时间2.5小时。与性刺激同步下足以完成性交需要。失败率9.97％。14例病人(1.03％)发现阴茎持续勃起。随访观察,仅4例病人有局部血肿和1例病人轻度硬结。25例病人能自我注射。注射技术上的改良给予讨论。这项结果提示,血管活性药物阴茎海绵体内注射是一种安全有效的方法,能用于治疗阳萎。

INTRACAVERNOUS INJECTION OF VASOACTIVE DRUGS FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF IMPOTENCE 1354 Cases report

From April 1986 to December 1988. papaverine and phento-lamine were administered by intracaverous injection to 1354 impotent patients. The treatment was effective in 1219 patients(90.03%).In these cases. there was a transitory penile erec-tion immediately following injection.The penis increases in lngeth by 5.12-5.24 cm and circumference by 2.28-2.63 cm, and becomes hard with a mean erection angle of 73-74.5 degrees.The mean erection time is 2.-5 hours. Such erection is adequate to meet the neep of sexual intercourse.The failure rate is 9.97%.Priapism was observed in 14 patients (1.03%), 4 cases had local hematoma and one had a small nodule at the site of injection. Autoinjection was possible in 25 patients.Improvement of the injccttion technique was discussed.These results indicatcd that intracavernous injcction of vasoactive drugs is a safe and effective methods for the management of impotence.
