| 摘 要： | 目的 通过历史性对照研究的方法，探讨丙戊酸钠个体化治疗儿童癫痫的优越性。方法对2005年6月-2007年6月在我院神经内科新诊断为癫痫并用丙戊酸钠单药治疗的患儿进行个体化剂量治疗，并与2002-2003年使用丙戊酸钠单药治疗的患儿进行对照研究。结果丙戊酸钠个体化给药治疗癫痫达稳态时的血药浓度低，但癫痫发作控制率较经验性用药时高；相同剂量给药，不同个体达稳态血药浓度不同。结论丙戊酸钠在小儿体内代谢中个体差异大，因而提倡丙戊酸钠在治疗癫痫患儿时遵循个体化治疗的原则，在药物浓度的监测下进行个体化治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the superiority that valproic acid（VPA） treat child epilepsy by individuate treatment through the historic compared research method. Methods Treat the children who are diagnosed epilepsy in our nerve department of hospital and only use VPA from June 2005 to June 2007 by individuate dosage, and compare with that only use VPA to treat from 2002 to 2003 years. Results The chroma that VPA individual treatment reaches .steady-state is low,but the rate of seizure free of VPA individual treatment is higher than experience method;The chroma to reach the steady-state is different by same dosage. Conclusion The metabolism of VPA is different in body,thus the treatment should follow individuate principle, and detect the drug chroma. |
