输尿管结石78例的B超诊断分析

目的探讨输尿管结石的B超诊断价值和输尿管结石的预防方法。方法适时病例分析。结果本组 78例输尿管结石患者中 ,B超诊断正确率为 88 5 % ,无假阳性 :漏诊 9例 ,占 11 5 %。结论B超诊断输尿管结石假阳性率低 ,无痛苦 ,易被患者所接受 ,且本病具有一定的声像图特征 ,便于诊断。若进一步改进检查方法 ,提高操作技术 ,同时结合其它影像技术 ,则漏诊率可大大降低 ,因此不失为一种有价值的好方法。多饮水 ,同时进行适当的饮食调节 ,可有效降低输尿管结石的发生率。

Analysis of diagnosis of college students with ureter stone by B-Model Ultrasonic Examination

Objective To inquire into diagnosis value of B Model ultrasonic examination in ureter stone and the prevention ways of ureter stone.Method timing case analysis.Results Among the 78 cases of patients with ureter stone,88.5% of them were false negative.Conclusions The patients are willing to take B Model ultrasonic examination because there is low false positive and the patients fell painless.And ureter stone also show some features of ultrasonography so that it is easy to diagnose by doctors.If we improve the examination methods and the technology of operation,and combine it with other imaging technology.the false negative will be decreased sharply.Therefore,ultrasonic examination is a valuable examination way.Drinking much water every day and properly regulating food will effectively reduce the chance of suffering from ureter stone.
