| 摘 要： | 杂交冠状动脉血运重建治疗(HCR)作为一种新的血运重建治疗策略,结合经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)和外科微创冠状动脉旁路移植术(MICABG)的优势,成为除PCI和传统CABG之外的第三种备选的心肌血运重建治疗策略。本文将对HCR的发展历程、应用现状和面临的问题进行综述。
