胰岛素泵治疗1型糖尿病疗效及安全性的观察

目的 探讨胰岛素泵治疗1型糖尿病的疗效及安全性.方法 将胰岛素泵治疗组与常规胰岛素治疗组进行治疗1周前后对比,观察其血糖控制效果及低血糖发生率.结果 两组治疗后三餐前血糖及三餐后2h血糖均较治疗前明显降低,且胰岛素泵治疗组较常规胰岛素治疗组降低更明显(P＜0.05).胰岛素泵治疗组比常规胰岛素治疗组低血糖发生率低.结论 胰岛素泵治疗能更快更稳定更安全地控制血糖.

Study on therapeutic effect and security of insulin pump treatment in newly-diagnosed diabetes

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of insulin pump used for type 1 diabetes therapy.Methods To divide the 80 subjects into two groups which respectively accepted the insulin pump therapy and the common insulin therapy.To observe and compare the descending levels of blood glucose and incidence rate of hypoglycemia of two groups after one week therapy.Results Fasting blood glucose and 2h three postprandial blood glucose levels of post-treatment were significantly reduced compared with ones of pre-therapy in both groups,and the descending levels of blood glucose in insulin pump group were more significant compared with common insulin group(P< 0.05).And the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in insulin pump group was lower than that in common insulin group.Conclusion The therapy of insulin pump is more swift,more secure and more stable for controlling blood glucose.
