新生儿败血症血培养检出菌及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的了解我院近5年新生儿败血症血培养检出菌分布及耐药状况,为临床用药提供依据。方法对2004年1月-2009年1月我院新生儿血培养结果进行分析和总结。结果96例阳性标本中溶血葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌分别占37.5%、32.29%、13.54%,对多种抗生素耐药。苯唑西林耐药率分别为81%、76%、82%;对万古霉素100%敏感。革兰阴性菌感染明显减少,阳性标本10份,其中不动杆菌6例,大肠埃希菌3例,肠杆菌属1例,抗菌活性较好的药物有亚胺培南、阿米卡星、环丙沙星。结论葡萄球菌仍是新生儿败血症的主要病原菌,并具有多重耐药性,应积极防治。

Abstract:Objective To understand the distribution of pathogens newborn septicemia and their antibiotic resistance. Methods The positive in blood culture of newborn in our hospital between January,2004 and January,2009 were analyzed. Results Among 96 positive in blood culture,positive rate of S. haemolysis, S. epidermidis and S. aureus were 37.5 % ,32.29 % and 13.54%, respectively, were multiresistant. The rate of oxacillinresistant S. haemolysis,S, epidermidis and S. aureus were 81% ,76% and 82%, respectively, but all were sensitive to vancomycin. Among 10 positive in gramnegative bacteria, Escherichia coli was in the first place. The better antibiotics for them were imipenem, amikacin and ciprofloxacin. Conclusion Staphylococcus is one of the main pathogens causing newborn septicemia and have multiresistant. The identification of bacteria and drug sensitive test are helpful to clinical therapy.
