丹蛭降糖胶囊保护2型糖尿病血管内皮功能的多普勒超声评价

摘    要:目的:利用多普勒超声评价丹蛭降糖胶囊(DZC)对2型糖尿病(type-2-diabetes,T2DM)患者的血管内皮功能的保护作用。方法:将46例患者分为治疗组(n=24)和对照组(n=22),治疗组在糖尿病常规治疗的基础上,给予丹蛭降糖胶囊,对照组则不用丹蛭降糖胶囊。用彩色多普勒B超仪分别检测基础状态下、反应性充血时(内皮依赖性舒张功能,EDVR)、舌下含服硝酸甘油后(非内皮依赖性舒张功能,NID)的肱动脉内径变化,同时观测两组治疗前后胰岛素抵抗指数、游离脂肪酸、空腹血糖和空腹血清胰岛素的变化。结果:治疗组在应用丹蛭降糖胶囊20周后胰岛素抵抗指数等指标的改善明显好于治疗前及对照组(P〈0.05),肱动脉舒张功能与治疗前及对照组同期相比均有明显改善(P〈0.05)。结论:丹蛭降糖胶囊可降低T2DM患者的血糖,减轻胰岛素抵抗,改善其血管内皮功能,早期应用可改善T2DM病情,延缓慢性并发症的发生。

Abstract:AIM:To assess the protective effects of Danzhi capsule (DZC) on vascular endothelial function of type 2 diabetes mellitus by Doppler ultrasonograph. METHODS: 46 patients were randomly divided into two groups, DZC treated group (n=24) and western medicine control group (n=22). Endothelial function was assessed simultaneously by B mode ultrasonography before and after treatment due to the change in diameter of the brachial artery during reactive hyperemia and in response to taking nitroglycerin sublingually. At the same time, the insulin resistance index, free fatty acid, and fasting blood sugar and change in serum insulin were observed before and after treatment for the two groups. RESULTS: Compared with control group, index of insulin resistance (IR), index of insulin sensitive index, EDVR and NID of DZC group were improved significantly (P< 0.05 ). CONCLUSION: DZC can significantly improve the endothelial function, alleviate IR and delay the occurrence of chronic complication.
