丘脑出血破入脑室的立体定向手术治疗

目的:探讨微创手术治疗丘脑出血破入脑室的方法。方法:对36例丘脑出血破入脑室的患者应用立体定向技术行血肿内、侧脑室、第四脑室置管抽吸引流治疗。结果:36例立体定向手术均获成功,无手术死亡及并发症。术后存活25例(69.4%),经6~12个月随访,ADL评定I级4例,II级7例,III级9例,IV级3例,V级2例。结论:立体定向手术对丘脑出血破入脑室的治疗是一种定位准确,安全可靠,疗效满意的手术方法。

The stereotactic surgery treatment of thalsmic hemorrhage break in to ventriculus

Objective To explore the microtraumatic operational method of thalsmic hemorrhage break into ventriculus. Method The evacuation with putting tubes in intracerebral hematoma, ventriculus and ventriculus lateralis by stereotactic was done for 36 thalsmic hemorrhage break into ventriculus. Results 36 cases of stereotactic evacuation were all successful, no operational death and complications,25 patients(69.4%)were survive after operation, were followed up from 6 to 12 months, ADL scale I 4 cases, II 7 cases, III 9 cases, IV 3 cases and V 2 cases. Conclusion The stereotactic operation of thalsmic hemorrhage break into ventriculus is an accuracy, safe and effective operational method.
