摘    要:目的研究Fas在人体大肠癌及癌旁组织中的表达. 方法应用SP免疫组化方法(链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连接法)对49例大肠癌及癌旁组织中的Fas基因的表达进行检测. 结果凋亡基因Fas在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),且高分化腺癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),但在不同分级的大肠癌及其癌旁组织之间的阳性率无明显差异. 结论分化低的大肠腺癌癌旁组织中的细胞凋亡活动较活跃,有利于肿瘤的浸润与破坏.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of Fas in colonic cancer and near-by tissues. Methods The expression of Fas genes in colonic cancer and near-by tissues of 49 cases was determined by applying a method of SP immunohistochemical (streptomycin avidin-peroxidase connection). Results The results revealed that the positive expressive rate of apoptotic genes Fas in cilonic cancer was higher than in near-by tissues (P<0.05) and the expression rate in the tissuesof well-differentiated adenocar cinoma was also higher than that in the near-by tissues(P<0.05). The positive rate in colonic cancers of different grade was not significafltly different from that in their near-by tissues. Conclusion The apoptosis cells are more active in the near-by tissues of colonic adenocarcinoma of low-differentiation,which is in favour of infiltroition and diffusion of tumor.
