人肝细胞癌静脉癌栓形成与CD44V6 和PCNA 表达的研究

摘    要: 目的 主要探讨人肝细胞癌中静脉栓形成与 CD44V6和 PCNA表达的关系。方法 对 30例人原发性肝细胞癌、其癌旁组织 ,及 6例正常肝组织中 CD44V6和 PCNA的表达进行免疫组化检测 ,并行半定量计数 ,并结合肝癌的临床病理特征进行分析。结果  CD44V6仅在部分肝癌组织显示膜阳性表达 ,阳性率为 1 2 / 30 ,6例门静脉癌栓形成组 5/ 6例有 CD44V6表达 ,并显示PCNA高表达 ,两者与无静脉癌栓组相比均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5)。CD44V6表达亦与组织学分级及与 PCNA表达程度密切相关。结论 提示 CD44V6的表达与肝细胞癌的血管浸润潜能密切相关 ,CD44V6可作为判断肝癌转移倾向和预后的一个新指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship of CD44V6 and PCNA expression with tumor thrombus forming in human hepatocellular carcinima (HCC).Methods 30 cases of HCC with corresponding noncancerous tissues,6 cases of normal liver tissues were stained with CD44V6 and PCNA by immunohistochemical method.Semiquantitation of CD44V6 and PCNA were studied and analyzed with clinico|pathological features of HCC.Results 12/30 of HCC tissues showed CD44V6 expression with membranous staining.CD44V6 expression in HCC with tumor thrombus forming was 5/6 with high PCNA expression.There were statistic difference between HCC with tumor thrombus and HCC without tumor thrombus in CD44V6 (P<0.01) and PCNA (P<0.05) expression.CD44V6 expression was also related with tumor grade and PCNA expression in HCC.Conclusion The CD44V6 expression in HCC cells is related to their tendency to invade vessels and may have implication for metastatic potential and prognosis.
