| 摘 要： | 为探讨 Delphi法评价指标的 Excel计算途径 ,结合实例在 Excel电子表格中编写、运行 Delphi法有关评价指标的计算程序 ,并与 SAS计算结果进行了比较。结果显示 ,Delphi法评价指标的 Excel计算程序直观、简单 ,与 SAS的计算结果一致。

| Abstract: | To explore the counting approach of The Delphi indices in Excel. Combine instances to compile counting programs of The Delphi indices in Excel's sheets, and compare the calculation results with those of SAS programs. The counting programs in Excel's sheets is straightforward and simple, the calculation results of which are identical with those of SAS programs. |
