| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中低位直肠癌应用派尔特吻合器及直线缝合器保肛手术的价值。方法：对105例中低位直肠癌患者应用派尔特吻合器及直线缝合器治疗。结果：全组均一次性吻合成功，无手术死亡，术后无吻合口漏，无吻合口出血。结论：中低位直肠癌应用派尔特吻合器及直线缝合器保肛手术是安全有效的。

The clinical analysis of Panther stapling and sphincter for treating 32 cases of low rectal cancer with preserving surgery |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the value of Panther circular and linear staplers for treating low rectal cancer. Methods： 105 eases of low rectal cancer in patients with low rectal stapler treated by the Panther circular and linear stapler. Results： All groups were anastomosede, no mortality, no postoperative anastomotic leakage, anastomotic bleeding. Conclusion： The application of low rectal stapler for preserving surgery is safe and effective. |
