| 摘 要： | 本文采用流式的细胞仪研究了小鼠胸腺细胞体外培养对细胞内ＤＮＡ合成、细胞周期以及细胞凋亡的影响。结果表明：胸腺细胞体外培养引起ＤＮＡ合成抑制，细胞有丝分裂延迟，体外培养后４小时即表现出明显的ＤＮＡ合成抑制。８～１２ｈ抑制最深，２４ｈ蛋白质的合成开始恢复，细胞凋亡则表现时间依赖性增高。

| Abstract: | The present paper describid the effect of in vitro culture of thymocytes from Kunminginice on the cell cycle progression and apoptosis by flow cytometic analysis after staining with propidi-um iodide. The results demonstrated that the mitosis of the cultured thymocytes was delayed with sig-nificant suppression of DNA synthesis ,the deepest being during 8一12 hours after being cultured.Thymocyte apoptosis showed a time一dependent increase,beginning from the 4 hours of in vitro culti-vatlon |
