侧隐窝注射加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的观察侧隐窝注射加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法用7号腰麻针穿刺到腰椎侧隐窝后,注射消炎镇痛液,完毕平卧1h后,行床头骨盆牵引。治疗后经3～6个月复查,随访16个月,以VAS法评定疗效。结果196例患者中优92例,良69例,差27例,无效8例,总有效率为95.9%（188例）,优良率为82.1%（161例）。结论腰椎侧隐窝注射加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症,疗效肯定,方法简单,副作用少。

Treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with analgesic mixture injected into lateral recess assisted with pelvic traction

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of analgesic mixture injected into lateral recess assisted with pelvic traction on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods The needle No. 7 for spinal anesthesia was punctured into lateral recess, then analgesic mixture injected there. Pelvic traction was made 1 hour after injection. Follow up lasted 16 months. Analgesic effect was evaluated with VAS. Results Effective rate was 95.9% （188/196 casese） with excellent 46.9% （92/196）, good 35.2% （69/196 cases）, poor 13.8% （27/196） and ineffective 4. 1% （8/196）. Conclusion Analgesic mixture injected into lateral recess assisted with pelvic traction for lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has reliable efficacy, which is a simple and less side effect method .
