| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨中药益智宁神颗粒治疗儿童多动症的临床疗效。方法]治疗组予中药益智宁神颗粒口服,与西药利他林对照组比较,疗程6周,随访2周。治疗前后观察总疗效、中医证候疗效、多动指数等。结果]两组总疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),中医证候疗效、多动指数及随访,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]中药益智宁神颗粒治疗儿童多动症疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the clinical effect of Yizhiningshen Particles on ADHD(hyperkinetic symptom)in child. Methods] Yizhiningshen Particles was given in treatment group.Ritalin was given in control group.Continuous treatment for 6 weeks comprised one course,and followed up for 2 weeks.The total therapeutic effect,the effect of TCM syndromes,ADHD index were observed before and after treatment. Results] There was no significant difference in total therapeutic effect between two groups(P<0.05).Effect of TCM syndromes,ADHD index and result of follow up in treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.01). Conclusion] Yizhiningshen Particles possess satisfactory therapeutic effect on ADHD in child. |
