中西医结合治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效观察

目的]观察中西医结合治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血(青春期功血)的临床效果。方法]将80例青春期功血患者随机分为两组,其中雌孕激素联合组(对照组)40例,中西医结合组(治疗组)40例,对照组予安宫黄体酮和戊酸雌二醇治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗。结果]治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为87.5%。结论]中西医结合治疗青春期功血,其疗效优于单用雌孕激素治疗。

Curative effect observation of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on adolescent DUB

Objective] To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding (adolescent DUB).Methods] Eighty cases of adolescent DUB patients were randomly divided into two groups,estrogen and progesterone combination group (the control group) of 40 cases and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine group (the treatment group) of 40 cases.The patients in control group were treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate and estradiol valerate,and traditional Chinese medicine was added to the treatment group based on the drugs used in control group.Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5% and the control group was 87.5% with significant difference between them (P<0.05).Conclusion] The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for adolescent DUB is superior to that of taking estrogen and progesterone only.
