补阳还五汤对慢性脑供血不足患者血栓前状态因子的影响

目的]探讨补阳还五汤对慢性脑供血不足患者血管内皮功能障碍和血栓前状态的干预效果。方法]90例慢性脑供血不足患者随机分为A组(对照组)、B组(补阳还五汤组)、C组(联合用药组)各30例,分别观察3组患者用药前和用药3个月后一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮素-1(ET-1)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、组织型纤溶酶原激活物抑制物(PAI-1)和组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)的变化,并进行对比分析。结果]B组、C组经过治疗后,NO水平升高,ET-1水平和FIB减低,t-PA活性增强,PAI-1活性降低,两治疗组组间相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两治疗组治疗后分别与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]服用补阳还五汤能够有效改善慢性脑供血不足患者的血栓前状态,可以作为脑血栓形成的一级预防治疗。

Influence of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on agents of pre-thrombus state in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency

Objective] To study the influence of Buyang Huanwu decoction on the agents of Pre-thrombus state in patients with chronic cerebral circulation insufficiency(CCCI). Methods] Ninety patients with CCCI were randomly divided into 3 groups:control group,Buyang Huanwu decoction group and combined treatment group. The variation of the levels of NO,ET-1,FIB,PAI-1,t-PA was observed 3 months after treatment. Results] In B and C groups,the NO and t-PA level were significantly higher than before,but ET-1,FIB and PAI 1 level were significantly lower. There were no statistical differences between B and C group(P>0.05). Compared with control group,there were statistical differences in both B and C groups(P<0.05). Conclusion] Buyang Huanwu decoction can improve Pre-thrombus state in patients with CCCI. It can be considered as a therapeutic method for primary prevention of cerebral thrombosis.
