中国医学古典概念“瘀血”的客观化研究——关于未病与瘀血的关连性

从"古典的再创造和再构造"的观点出发,对于瘀血的诸种学说进行了综合的分析、讨论,通过所设定的假说,进行瘀血诊断与生活习惯有关的调查及西医学的检查。在对象群当中可以看到身心紧张,生活习惯、生活形态方面存在着问题,在瘀血倾向方面具有身心两方面的愁诉,得出瘀血是与生活习惯、生活形态、精神因素、身体因素、环境因素以及心理紧张因素等多种因素有关的复杂机能病变。

Study on objectifying of blood stasis, a classical concept in TCM: the correlation between disease before onset and blood stasis

The aim of this article was to carry out general analyzing and discussing all the kinds of blood stasis theory based on the opinion of classic re-creation and reframe and to carry out blood stasis diagnosis, living habit investigation and Western medicine examination. The research found, the patients existed physically and mentally nervous, living habit and living morphous problem. The patients existed physically and mentally worry in blood stasis tendency. The blood stasis was the main one of pathology factors correlation with living habit, living morphous, spirit factors, body factors, environmental factor and psychologic tension factors, etc.
