血府逐瘀胶囊对不稳定心绞痛患者CRP、BNP的影响

[目的]观察血府逐瘀胶囊对冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、B型利钠肽(BNP)的影响。[方法]将患者随机分为两组,在单硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗基础上,治疗组服血府逐瘀胶囊,对照组服辛伐他汀,两周为1个疗程,观察治疗前后CRP、BNP变化。[结果]两组治疗后CRP、BNP均明显下降(P<0.05),下调CRP他汀优于血府逐瘀胶囊,但无统计学意义。对BNP的改善血府逐瘀胶囊优于辛伐他汀,具有显著性。[结论]血府逐瘀胶囊具有改善不稳定心绞痛患者炎症反应,改善心功能不全的作用。

Effect of Xuefuzhuyu Capsules on CRP and BNP in patients with unstable angina

[Objective] To study the effect of Xuefuzhuyu Capsules on C reactive protein(CRP) and B natriuretic peptide(BNP) in patients with unstable angina. [Methods] The patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group. All patients received the basis therapy with isosorbide mononitrate(ISMO),while the patients of treatment group was administered Xuefuzhuyu also and in the patients of control Simvastatin was given for two weeks. CRP and BNP level in patients were observed after treatment of two groups. [Results] Both the levels of CRP and BNP were decreased obviously in patients of the treatment and control groups after two weeks. Simvastatin therapy could reduce the CRP concentration more obviously compared to Xuefuzhuyu Capsules,but no statistical significance was found between them. The content of BNP was lower in intervention group than that in control group,and there were obvious differences between the two groups. [Conclusion] Xuefuzhuyu Capsules could improve inflammatory reaction and cardiac insufficiency in unstable angina patients.
