复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛气滞血瘀证临床验证总结

目的]观察复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛的疗效、主治范围及不良反应。方法]采用随机对照、多中心临床研究方法,与复方丹参片进行对照,共观察病人80例,其中治疗组60例,对照组20例。结果]复方丹参滴丸治疗组治疗心绞痛疗效总有效率91.67%;心电图疗效为51.67%;中医症状总有效率88.33%;复方丹参片对照组疗效分别为90.00%、55.00%、90.00%。两组间比较,无显著性差异。结论]复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛有明显的疗效,且无明显毒副作用。

Clinical trail of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type

Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect, indication and side effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill in patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods] Multiple centers The clinical method of and random controlled research methodl was chosen. Compound Danshen Tablet was selected as control drug. All 80 patients were divided into treatment group (n=60) and control group (n=20). Result] In treatment group the total effect was 91.67%, the recovery rate of ECG was 51.67% and of improved rate of symptoms was 88.33%. While in control group they were 90.00%, 55.00% and 90.00% respectively. There was no difference between these two groups. Conclusion] Compound Danshen Dripping Pill has a good curative effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with no obvious side effect.
