| 摘 要： | 《内经》中"经脉"实际包含两套完全不同的脉道系统,即行气之脉——十二经脉和行血之脉——血脉。气血是分离的,气即卫气,血即营血,两者各自运行于这两套不同的脉道之中。古人误将"内视"所见的行气之脉与解剖所见的行血之脉及各自脉中的气血视为一体,导致了气脉与血脉、气与血相互混淆的错误。

| Abstract: | The Meridian in Neijing(Internal classic of Medicine)actually included two different systems of meridians,namely qi circulating meridians i.e. twelve meridians and blood circulating meridians i.e. blood meridians. Qi and blood were separated. Qi was defensive qi and blood was nutritive blood. Both were circulated in the two different systems of meridians respectively. The ancient doctors considered wrongly that the Qi circulating meridians observed by diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine and the blood circulating meridians observed by anatomy and Qi-blood circulated in blood vessel were the same. It led to the confusion between Qi meridians and confusion between Qi and blood. |
