逍遥散加减方对慢性乙肝患者心理健康状况的影响

目的]探讨逍遥散加减方对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝心理状态的影响。方法]将慢性乙肝患者随机分为A(治疗组)和B(对照组)两组,A组予以加减逍遥散和乙肝常规护肝处理,B组予以一般护肝常规处理。比较AB两组以及两组治疗前后的心理健康水平。两组均采用症状自测量表评价心理健康水平。结果]治疗后A组评测总得分较B组明显要低(P<0.05)。结论]逍遥散加减方可以有效的减轻慢性乙肝患者的躯体症状,改善乙肝患者的心理健康水平。

Effect of modified Xiaoyao powder on mental Health status in patients with chronic viral hepatitis of type B

Objective] To explore the effect of modified Xiaoyao powder on the psychologic state in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B(CHB).Methods] The patients of CHB were divided into two groups: group A(treatment group) and group B(control group).The patients of group A was treated with Xiaoyao powder and routine liver protection while those of group B was given routine liver protection only.Then the level of psychology health of two groups before and after treatment was compared.Results] The total score of the assessment of group A was obviously lower than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion] Xiaoyao powder can alleviate the body symptoms of the patient with CHB,and improve the level of psychology health of the patients.
