麻芩咳喘合剂对支气管哮喘治疗效果及炎性物质的影响

目的] 探讨麻芩咳喘合剂对哮喘治疗效果及炎性物质的影响。方法] 观察麻芩咳喘合剂对哮喘患者临床症状、肺功能、气道反应性及血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。结果] 麻芩咳喘合剂可显著改善哮喘患者症状,改善肺功能,降低气道反应性,降低哮喘患者血清ET、NO水平。结论] 麻芩咳喘合剂通过对哮喘始动环节的抑制,拮抗哮喘炎性介质的释放,达到控制气道慢性炎症,减少哮喘发作,减轻发作程度的目的。麻芩咳喘合剂具有明确的拮抗气道慢性炎症和治疗哮喘的作用。

Clinical effect of Maqin kechuan mistura in treating bronchial asthma and inflammatory material

Objective] To explore the therapeutic efficacy and its effect on the absorption of inflammatory material of Maqin Kechuan mistura in treating Asthma.Methods] The influence of Maqin Kechuan mistura on clinical symptom, pulmonary function, airway reactivity, ET and NO levels of serum in patients with asthma.Results] The mistura could improve the clinical symptom of the patients markedly, improve the pulmonary function, decrease the airway reactivity and the level of ET and NO in serum.Conclusions] Maqin Kechuan composition has antagonistic effect on the releasing of the inflammatory material. It can decrease asthma episode, lessen its degree through inhibiting the initiating factor. Maqin Kechuan mistura has definite effect in treating airway chronic inflammation and asthma.
