活血平肝汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床观察

[目的]观察活血平肝汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。[方法]将96例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为两组,治疗组48例,予活血平肝汤内服,对照组48例,予口服氟桂利嗪每次10 mg,每日1次。15 d为1个疗程。[结果]总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的椎-基底动脉供血不足有明显改善(P<0.01),组间比较(P<0.01)。[结论]活血平肝汤治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效确切。

Clinical observation of Huoxue Pinggan decoction on arteria vrtebralis type of the cervical spondylosis

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Huoxue Pinggan decoction on arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis.[Methods] Ninety-six patients of arteria vertebralis type of the cervical were randomly divided into 2 groups: 48 cases as the treatment group were treated with Huoxue Pinggan deccoction orally.48 cases treated with flunarizine orally were served as the control group.A course of treatment was 15 days.[Results] There was an obvious diffenence of total clinical effect between these two groups (P<0.05).The vertebral-arteria basilaris insufficiency of blood supply in the treatment group was improved obviously (P<0.01)and significantly superior than the control group (P<0.01).[Conclusion] Huoxue Pinggan decoction has a definite curative effect on arteria vertebralis type of the cervical spondylosis.
