肾阴虚证症状表现规律的系统评价

[目的]深入研究归纳肾阴虚证症状表现规律。[方法]对中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库和维普数据库1989~2009年发表的有关肾阴虚证的文献进行整理分析,并总结归纳症状表现特点。[结果]检索文献1 793篇(含有肾阴亏虚,肾阴不足和肾阴虚3个证型),其中符合纳入标准的文献有716篇,涉及症状2 694条,进行归纳总结后,出现频次在30次以上的症状共有34种,腰膝酸软、耳鸣、舌红少苔、脉细数、失眠、五心烦热、咽干口干等出现频次较高。[结论]通过对文献整理分析,以期对肾阴虚证的辨证和诊断提供一定的参考依据。

System evaluation of symptoms change regularity of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome

[Objective] In-depth study of the law of induction kidney Yin deficiency symptoms.[Methods] The CNKI database,WANFANG database,Vip database 1989~2009 of published about kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of literature and analyzing and summarizing symptoms,performance characteristics.[Results] Search the literature 1 793(contain deficit kidney Yin deficiency,and kidney Yin deficiency and kidney-yin deficiency three card type),which met the inclusion criteria of literature has 716,involving symptoms 2 694,summarized,the occurrence frequency of symptoms in more than 30 times total,34 species,soreness of the waist and the knees,tinnitus,red tongue less moss,rapid pulse,insomnia,dysphoria with feverish sensation in chest,dry throat dry mouth appear higher frequency.[Conclusion] Through to analyze 20 years kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and analyzing of the literature,in order to kidney Yin deficiency syndrome differentiation and diagnosis of providing some reference.
