| 摘 要： | 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是最常见的神经系统退行性疾病之一,以进行性认知功能损害、基底前脑胆碱能神经元退变、神经原纤维缠结和β-淀粉样多肽沉积为主要特点。AD转基因鼠的诞生为AD发病机制及治疗的研究带来了新的曙光。现综述几种主要AD转基因鼠,包括转APP、转PS、转ApoE、转tau、双转及三转基因鼠等的病理变化特点及其在AD相关研究中的应用。

| Abstract: | Alzheimer's disease(AD) is one of the most common neurodegenerative disorders characterized by progressive decline of cognitive function,degeneration of basal forebrain cholinergic neurons,formation of intracellular neurofibrillary tangles,and extracellular senile plaques of aggregated β-amyloid(Aβ).The establishment of AD transgenic mouse models brought new strategy for studies of pathogenesis and treatment of AD.This review summarizes details of some kinds of transgenic mice,such as APP,PS,ApoE,tau,double-cross transgenic and triple-transgenic mice,the pathological change in the brain and the application of them in the AD-related research. |
