摘    要:目的 了解感染根管中齿垢密螺旋体的定植情况及其与临床症状的关系.方法 采用16S rDNA PCR方法,检测53例慢性根尖周炎患者的感染根管内标本中齿垢密螺旋体.结果 齿垢密螺旋体的检出率为24.53%(13/53),其中有症状组18.18%(6/33),无症状组35.00%(7/20);经Fisher确切概率检验,P=0.200,两组间齿垢密螺旋体检出率差异无统计学意义.结论 齿垢密螺旋体可能是根尖周炎的病原体之一,但与临床症状关系尚未确定.

Abstract:Objective The purpose of this study was to detect the presence of Treponema denticola in root canal infections,and to explorer the association between Treponema denticola and clinical manifestations.Methods Samples were obtained from 53 necrotic pulps with periadicular pathosis.A PCR assay was applied to detect 16S rDNA of Treponema denticola.Results The prevalence of Treponema denticola was 24.53% in all samples as a whole,while the positive rates in groups of clinical manifestations presence or absence were 18.18%(6/33) and 35.00%(7/20),respectively.There was no statistically significant difference between two groups Fisher's exact P test P=0.200.Conclusion Although it was not confirmed that Treponema denticola was associated with the presence of clinical manifestations,the occurrence of Treponema denticola may be involved the pathogenesis of periradicular diseases.
