蚓激酶对实验动物兔脑循环的影响

摘    要:目的研究蚓激酶对实验动物(兔)的脑循环(脑血流量和脑血管阻力)的影响。方法40只实验兔按体重随机分为空白对照组,蚓激酶小剂量组,蚓激酶大剂量组,尼莫地平片组,采用电磁流量计检测脑血流量,计算脑血管阻力,检测平均动脉压、心率,分别记录0,5,15,30,60m in时的指标变化。结果蚓激酶大剂量组在30,60m in时脑血流量显著增加,脑血管阻力降低。结论蚓激酶能增加脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力,从而改善脑循环。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effects of lumbrokinase on cerebral circulation(cerebral blood flow and cerebral vascular resistance) in experimental animal of rabbit.METHODS 40 experimental rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly according to the weight:(1)normal control group,(2)low dose lumbrokinase group,(3)high dose lumbrokinase group,(4)nimodipine group.We determine the cerebral blood flow by electro-magnetic flowmeter,and compute the cerebral vascular resistance,measure the mean arterial blood pressure and heart rate.Each changes of these targets on 0,5,15,30,60 min were recorded. RESULTS The cerebral blood flow increased remarkably and the cerebral vascular resistance decreased on 30,60 min in high dose lumbrokinase group. CONCLUSION Lumbrokinase can increase the cerebral blood flow and decrease the cerebral vascular resistance,so that it can improve the cerebral circulation.
