护理专业女大学生心理状况调查分析

目的 探讨中青年与老年脑卒中患者发病的危险因素及自护行为水平。方法 采用一般危险因素调查表、高危因素调查表及自护行为调查表对进行问卷调查初次发病的197例中青年脑卒中患者和128例老年脑卒中患者。结果 中青年脑卒中患者的生活压力、不良生活方式得分显著高于老年患者（均P〈0．01），Ⅲ期高血压、肥胖发生率显著高于老年患者（均P〈0．01）．遵医用药、饮食控制、定期监测得分显著低于老年患者（均P〈0．01）。结论 生活压力、不良的生活方式、Ⅲ期高血压、肥胖是中青年脑卒中患者发病的主要危险因素。其遵医用药、饮食控制、定期监测得分低是自护行为低下的主要原因。应对中青年人群加强相关知识教育和技能培训，提高其自护行为水平，以降低脑卒中发生率。

Analysis of Dangerous Factor and Self-nurse Between Middle-young and Elderly Patients with Stroke

Objective To find out the psychological status of nurse students and identify the main affecting factors.Methods The scale of symptom checklist 90(SCL-90) and self-made questionnaires were used.Results The total average score and the scores of six factors including somatization,compulsion,depression,anxiety,hostility,psychosis were higher than those of youth norm in China,and the difference was significant(P<0.01,P<0.05).On the other hand,the difference between the subjects and the youth norm in other three factors,sensitivity,phobia,paranoia in the interpersonal relation was not significant(P>0.05 for all).14.62% of the students had moderate psychological problems.Our analysis showed that the high total scores and scores of separate factors of SCL-90 were associated with low satisfaction to the course of nursing sciences,high pressure of study and rural origin.Conclusion The psychological state of college students of nursing sciences was not good.14.62% of the students had moderate psychological problems.The primary influencing factors included low satisfaction to the course of nursing sciences,pressure of study,poor interpersonal relation,and reluctance to talk to others when having mental problems.The psycholgical status of students of rural origns was not as good as that of student coming from urbane areas.
