慢性喉炎、喉乳头状瘤及喉癌增殖细胞核抗原的表达

用免疫组化技术对９例慢性喉炎、１１例喉乳头状瘤及３５例喉鳞癌的增殖细胞核抗原（ＰＣＮＡ）表达进行了检测。结果表明：慢性喉炎、喉乳头状瘤及喉鳞癌，ＰＣＮＡ指数分别为１５．０１％、２６．３８％和４８．０６％，差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）；在高、中、低分化鳞癌中，ＰＣＮＡ指数分别为３６．１８％、４９．０５％和５８．４６％，差异亦有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）；ＰＣＮＡ阳性细胞在慢性喉炎、喉乳头状瘤及喉鳞癌的分布也有不同。提示：喉部不同病变ＰＣＮＡ的表达存在明显差异，且在喉肿瘤的良恶性病变判别及恶性分级等方面ＰＣＮＡ的表达亦具有一定价值。

Expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen in chronic laryngitis,laryngeal papilloma and carcinoma

Proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)expression was investigated in 9 cases of chronic laryngitis,11 cases of laryngeal papilloma and 35 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma with an immunohistochemical staining.The results were as follows:the PCNA indices in chronic larygitis,laryngeal papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma were 15.01%,26.38% and 48.06%respectively.The differences were significant among them(P<0.001).The PCNA indices were 36.18%,49.05% and 58.46%,in the high,moderate and poor differentiated squamous cell carcinoma respectively.There were also significant differences among them(P<0.001),as well as in the distribution of PCNA positive cells in chronic laryngitis,laryngeal papilloma and squamous cell carcinoma.It is suggested that the expression of PCNA,significantly different in various laryngeal lesions,might be of value in the differentiation of benign and malignant laryngeal lesions and in the evaluation of malignant grade of laryngeal tumor.
