山东省艾滋病项目地区自愿咨询检测现状分析

摘要：目的　了解山东省艾滋病项目地区自愿咨询检测（ｖｏｌｕｎｔａｒｙｃｏｕｎｓｅｌｉｎｇａｎｄｔｅｓｔｉｎｇ，ＶＣＴ）工作进展
状况，为艾滋病防治政策制定和措施实施提供科学依据。方法　对２００６－２０１２年８个全球基金艾滋病项目
县接受ＶＣＴ 服务人群进行问卷调查，收集社会人口学和危险行为资料，采集外周静脉血进行ＨＩＶ 抗体检
测，对结果进行χ
２ 检验，犘＜０．０５为差异有统计学意义。结果　２００６－２０１２年，项目地区接受ＶＣＴ 服务
７５８９８人次，４４．０６％的病例由ＶＣＴ 检出。接受ＶＣＴ 服务者中，具有非婚异性性行为史和男男性接触史
者分别占４３．１２％和３．０３％，其ＨＩＶ 抗体阳性检出比例分别为２６．４７％ 和１５．６９％；ＨＩＶ 抗体阳性总检出
率为０．２７％，不同人群ＨＩＶ 抗体检出率差异有统计学意义（χ
２＝８２．６８，犘＜０．０５）。结论　山东省艾滋病
项目地区ＶＣＴ 能够覆盖高危人群，在发现ＨＩＶ 感染者中发挥较大作用。目前项目地区高危人群主要是非
婚异性性行为人群和ＭＳＭ 人群。

Analysis on current status of voluntary counseling and testing for HIV/AIDS in areas covered by Global Fund AIDS China Program in Shandong

Objective To assess the current status of voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）in areas covered by Global Fund AIDS China Program from 2006 to 2012in Shandong,so as to provide scientific evidence for AIDS prevention and control. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among individuals who participated in VCT service from 8counties,which were selected as spots of Global Fund AIDS China Program from 2006 to 2012in Shandong province to collect socio-demographics as well as risk behavioral data.Blood samples were also collected for HIV antibody test.Chi-square test was used for data statistical analysis. Results A total 75 898 individuals received VCT service,and 44.06% of HIV infected cases were picked up through the service.Among all the individuals surveyed,43.12%reported of having unmarried high-risky sex with the antibody positive rate of 26.47%,while only 3.03%claimed of being MSM with the antibody positive rate of 15.69%.The overall anti-HIV positive rate was 0.27%,which varied significantly among different groups（χ2=82.68,P〈0.05）. Conclusions The VCT service is able to cover high-risky population as those of MSM and plays an important role in detecting HIV infection in program areas.
