| 摘 要： | 目的观察在特发性股骨头缺血坏死(ANFH)中股骨头内血管内皮细胞生长因子受体(flt-1)的表达情况,探讨flt-1在坏死修复中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法,检测股骨头内不同部位组织中flt-1的表达水平。结果在坏死区修复端毛细血管内皮细胞flt-1表达阳性。结论flt-1在ANFH的修复过程中起发挥重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the expressions of flt-1 which are the receptor of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the avascular necrosis of the femeral head(ANFH),and to investigate the role of flt-1 during the progress of rehabilitation.Methods We detected the expression of flt-1 in different parts of the femeral heads with the SP immunohistochemistry measurement.Results The positived expression flt-1 could be found in the vascular endthelial cells of the repairing areas.Conclusion Flt-1 plays a significant role during the repair of avascular necrosis of the femeral head(ANFH). |
