十一酸睾酮对Klinefelter综合征患者垂体性腺轴系功能的影响

为了探讨长效雄激素替代治疗对克氏综合征患者垂体性腺轴系功能的影响及其治疗效果，本文选择６例１６ ～２６ 岁的克氏综合征患者，双侧深部肌肉注射国产十一酸睾酮（ Ｔ Ｕ）５００ ｍｇ，分别在注射前和注射后的１ 、２ 、３ 、４ 、６ 、８ 周末取外周血，用超灵敏的放射免疫法测定促性腺激素和性激素。结果表明，治疗后患者精神和体力提高，纳食量和体重略有增加，促进了第二性征发育。血平均睾酮（ Ｔ） 水平在 Ｔ Ｕ 注射后的第一周末从注射前的基础值２ ．７４ｎｍｏｌ／ Ｌ 提高到最大值的５１ ．０３ ｎｍｏｌ／ Ｌ，并持续在１０ ｎｍｏｌ／ Ｌ 水平以上达６ 周。而高 Ｆ Ｓ Ｈ、 Ｌ Ｈ 水平则被明显地抑制，且对 Ｌ Ｈ 的抑制作用较 Ｆ Ｓ Ｈ 更强。因此， Ｔ Ｕ 是克氏综合征患者替代治疗中较为理想的长效雄激素。

Effect of testosterone undecanoate on the function of pituitary testis axis in the patients with Klinefelter's syndrome

In order to study the effect of new domestically produced injectable testosterone undecanoate on the function of pituitary testis axis in the patients with Klinefelters syndrome,6 patients aged 16 to 26 years,were administrated with testosterone undecanoate 500 mg by deep muscular injection.Before treatment and 1,2,3,4,6,and 8 weeks after injection,blood samples were taken for the measurement of hormones including FSH,LH,PRL,T,E 2 by radioimmunoassay (RIA).After treatment,the spirit and body of patients got better, male second sexual characteristics were a little induced.Blood testosterone levels of patients rose from 2.74 nmol/L to the highest level of 51.03 nmol/L at the time of first week,and kept at the treatment level above 10 nmol/L in the period of 6 weeks.FSH and LH were suppressed significantly,but still higher than normal men.It indicated that the treatment for Klinefelter syndrome is mainly androgen replacement,and testosterone undecanoate is one of the ideal androgen formulations.
