内蒙古第一轮全球基金结核病项目实施经验

目的 评估内蒙古自治区第一轮全球基金结核病一、二期项目目标的实现程度和取得的效果，总结、分析项目实施过程中的经验。 方法 采用统一的评估方案和调查表对自治区、盟市、旗县的实施情况进行调查、核实，结果录入EpiData 3.1软件进行汇总分析。 结果 项目的 实施带动了全区1 923.6万元的经费投入；DOTS覆盖率于2005年达到100%；累计发现新涂阳肺结核患者26 354例，发现率平均达到了79.2%；累计治愈新涂阳患者24-340例，治愈率达到92.4%。 结论 项目弥补了防治经费的不足，带动了地方投入；有力地推动了《结核病防治规划》的实施进程，促进了政府承诺的落实；引进了先进的管理理念和模式，加强了结防机构能力建设，为结核病控制工作的可持续发展奠定了基础。

Implementation experience of Inner Mongolia Global Fund Tuberculosis(TB)program round one
