下丘脑外侧核乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性神经元的传入联系

为也观察下丘脑外侧核乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性神经元的传入纤维联系。方法；采用ＨＲＰ与Ａｃｈｅ相结合的双标记方法，对１７只大鼠下丘脑外侧核进行了逆行追踪研究。结果；在下列核团观察到ＨＲＰ－ＡｃｈＥ双标记细胞；斜角带核垂直支腹侧部，斜角带核水平支隔内侧核，中缝背核，蓝斑，臂旁核，下丘脑前核，对侧下丘脑外侧核，小脑间位核及小脑齿状核。

AFFERENT CONNECTIONS OF ACETYLCHOLINE-STERASE(AchE) POSTIVE NEURONS OF LATERAL HYPOTHALAMIC NUCLEUS IN RAT

The afferent projections of AchE positive neurons of the lateral hypothalamic nucleus were studied in 17 rats with HRP-AchE double labeling techniques. The results suggested that the lateral hypothalamic nucleus received afferent projections of AchE positive neurons from the ventral part of the vertical limb of the diagonal band nucleus, the horizontal limb of the diagonal band nueleus, the medical septal nucleus, the dorsal raphe nucleus, the locus coeruleus. the parabrachial nucleus, the anterior hypothalamic nucleus, the contralateral lateral hypothalamic nucleus, the interpositus nucleus, and the dentate nucleus. In addition, the lateral hypothalamic nucleus also received a few projections of AchE positive neurons from the cingulate cortex.
