大鼠脑干一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元的分布及发育

摘    要:实验用依赖还原型辅酶Ⅱ的黄递酶酶组织化学方法。研究了一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元在大鼠脑干的分布及发育。结果;一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元在各日龄大鼠的分布上没有明显差别。一氧化氮合成酶阳性神经元主要集中在上丘浅灰质层,中脑水管周围灰质背外侧部,中缝背核,被盖背外侧核,中缝大核,三叉神经脊束核等部位。

Abstract:The distribution and development of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) positive neurons in the brain stem of the rat (1d, 3d, 5d, 10d, 70d), were studied with NADPH-disphorase histochemi-cal method. The results showed that there was no difference in the distribution of NOS positive neurons in rats of different age. NOS positive neurons were mainly distributed in the superficial grey layer of the superior colliculus, the laterodorsal part of the central grey layer of the dorsal raphe nucleus, raphe magnus nucleus and nucleus of the spinal tract of the trigeminal nerve. With the growth of rats, the dentisity and processes of NOS positive neurons gradually increased. The results indicated that nitric oxide was closely related to the development of rats.
