比较不同手术方法对甲状腺良性肿瘤患者治疗效果的差异

目的探析甲状腺良性肿瘤采取不同术式治疗的临床效果差异。方法选取2019年2月~2020年6月于本院就诊的甲状腺良性肿瘤患者,共纳入病例52例,以双色球法分组,即参照组(n=26)和实验组(n=26),参照组予传统手术治疗,实验组采取全腔镜下良性肿瘤切除术,对比两组效果。结果实验组术后引流、疼痛及住院时间与参照组比明显减少(P<0.05);实验组美容评分与参照组比明显提升(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺良性肿瘤采取腔镜下良性肿瘤切除术效果理想,可缩短住院时长,降低躯体疼痛,提高美容效果,值得借鉴。

Compare the difference of different surgical methods in the treatment of patients with benign thyroid tumors

Objective To analyze the difference in clinical effects of different surgical treatments for benign thyroid tumors.Methods A total of 52 patients with benign thyroid tumors who were treated in our hospital from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected.A total of 52 cases were enrolled,and they were grouped by the two-color ball method,namely the reference group(n=26)and the experimental group(n=26).The reference group was treated with traditional surgery,and the experimental group was treated with full laparoscopic benign tumor resection to compare the effects of the two groups.Results The postoperative drainage,pain and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly reduced compared with the reference group(P<0.05);the cosmetic score of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic benign tumor resection for benign thyroid tumors has an ideal effect,which can shorten the length of hospitalization,reduce physical pain,and improve cosmetic effects.It is worth learning.
