Observation on the Curative Effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effect of Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on nephrotic syndrome.Methods:According to the random number table method,72 cases were divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with Shenqi Dihuang Decoction while the control group were treated with Western medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%and that of the control group was 66.67%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 19.44%in the observation group and 63.89%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 0 cases in the disease recurrence in the observation group and 16.67%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of ApoA1,ApoB,IgE and IgM in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IgG,C3 and C4 were higher than those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating nephrotic syndrome,with few adverse reactions.
