腹腔镜联合胃镜治疗食管裂孔疝合并胃间质瘤的临床及术后效果分析

目的:对腹腔镜联合胃镜治疗食管裂孔疝合并胃间质瘤(GIST)的疗效进行分析探讨。方法:将2018年1月至2019年12月在本院收治的64例食管裂孔疝合并GIST患者随机分为两组,对照组32例患者行常规治疗,观察组32例患者行腹腔镜联合胃镜治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、肛门排气时间及住院时间显著短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度为96.88%,显著高于对照组的78.13%(P<0.05)。结论:对食管裂孔疝合并胃间质瘤患者实施腹腔镜联合胃镜治疗,可以有效提高治疗效果,促进患者康复,具有创伤小、安全性高、患者恢复快等优点,值得临床应用。

Clinical and postoperative effect analysis of laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy in the treatment of hiatal hernia complicated with gastric stromal tumor

Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy in the treatment of hiatal hernia complicated with gastric stromal tumor(GIST).Methods:64 patients with hiatal hernia complicated with GIST admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:32 patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and 32 patients in the observation group received laparoscopic combined gastroscopy treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that in control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 96.88%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.13%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy in patients with hiatal hernia complicated with gastric stromal tumor can effectively improve the treatment effect and promote the recovery of patients.It has the advantages of small trauma,high safety and quick recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
