| 摘 要： | 目的分析探究急性喉梗阻的急救护理体会。方法此次研究采取随机盲选法,将2019年1月至2020年1月进入我院治疗的102例急性喉梗阻患者划分为2组,均为51例;其中,对照组患者实施常规急救护理,观察组患者实施综合急救护理,进一步对比2组急救护理效果。结果观察组急救护理总有效率为92.16%,明显高于对照组的74.51%,2组数据具备统计学研究意义(P<0.05)。结论急性喉梗阻患者实施综合急救护理的效果显著,值得在临床护理领域中使用及推广。

| Abstract: | Objective 102 patients with acute laryngeal obstruction admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected and divided into two groups,51 cases in each group;among them,the control group was given routine emergency care,while the observation group was given comprehensive emergency care,and the effect of emergency care was further compared with the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.16%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(74.51%).The data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive emergency nursing for patients with acute laryngeal obstruction is significant,which is worthy of application and promotion in the field of clinical nursing. |
