应用鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎护理配合要点分析

目的探讨分泌性中耳炎患者鼓膜穿刺术治疗中选用综合护理的价值。方法纳入74例分泌性中耳炎患者研究2019年06月~2020年02月,所有患者均实施鼓膜穿刺术治疗,按1:1比例分为对照组(n=37,选用常规护理)、观察组(n=37,选用综合护理),统计两组并发症率、护理满意度。结果(1)并发症率:观察组(10.81%)低于对照组(32.43%),统计值χ²=5.1034,P<0.05。(2)护理满意度:观察组高于低于对照组,统计值P<0.05。结论综合护理在分泌性中耳炎患者鼓膜穿刺术护理中效果确切,可降低并发症率,亦可提高其护理满意度,值得借鉴。

Analysis of the main points of nursing cooperation in the treatment of secretory otitis media with tympanic membrane puncture
