| 摘 要： | 目的:观察阿胶辅治慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效.方法:30例随机分为治疗组16例和对照组14例,两组均用司坦唑醇片及环孢素治疗,治疗组加用阿胶治疗.结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P＜0.05).外周血象(WBC、HGB、PLT、RET)升高治疗组优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:阿胶辅治慢性再生障碍性贫血有较好疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of donkey-hide gelatin in adjuvant treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:Thirty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 16 cases and a control group of 14 cases.Both groups were treated with Stanozolol Tablets and Cyclosporine,and the treatment group were treated with donkey-hide gelatin in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The increase in peripheral blood(WBC,HGB,PLT,RET)in the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Donkey-hide gelatin is effective in treating chronic aplastic anemia. |
