临床检验中便常规检验的临床应用价值分析

目的分析临床检验中便常规检验的临床应用价值。方法120例进行便常规检验患者,随机分为查虫卵试验组与便潜血试验组,每组60例。查虫卵试验组患者采用查虫卵试验进行检验,便潜血试验组患者采用便潜血试验进行检验。对比两组诊断有效率、疾病检出率、疾病诊断符合率。结果便潜血试验组患者诊断总有效率为93.33%,高于查虫卵试验组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。便潜血试验组患者疾病总检出率为93.33%,高于查虫卵试验组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床检验中便常规检验的临床应用价值突出,潜血试验的诊断效果更好,值得临床医护人员高度重视并推广利用。

Analysis of clinical value of routine fecal examination in clinical examination

Objective To analyze the clinical value of routine fecal examination in clinical examination.Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing routine fecal examination were randomly divided into egg inspection group and fecal occult blood group,with 60 cases in each group.The egg inspection group received egg inspection test,and fecal occult blood group received fecal occult blood test.The diagnosis efficiency,disease detection rate and disease coincidence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total diagnosis effective rate of fecal occult blood group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%of egg inspection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease detection rate of fecal occult blood group was 93.33%,which was higher than 80.00%of egg inspection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application value of routine fecal examination is more prominent in clinical examination,which is worthy of clinical medical staff’s great attention and promotion.
