| 摘 要： | 目的对鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎的针对性护理进行探讨。方法研究对象200例,均为我院2019年1月到2020年1月之间收治的分泌性中耳炎患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用针对性护理干预,对比两组的护理效果。结果对照组的治疗总有效率显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的护理满意度显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鼓膜穿刺术治疗分泌性中耳炎患者的护理中应用针对性护理干预能够显著提升治疗总有效率和护理满意度,具有较高的参考和借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the targeted nursing of tympanic membrane puncture in the treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods 200 patients with secretory otitis media in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with secretory otitis media treated by tympanopuncture can significantly improve the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction,which has a high reference value. |
